What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be supporting residents within a live-in care setting, helping them with day-to-day living and working towards their individual goals. Your role will focus on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing, enabling each person to live safely, comfortably, and confidently within their home environment. You’ll provide person-centred support with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, social engagement, and household tasks, while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible.
