Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive Taunton This established multi-office law firm is growing! Founded by two experienced solicitors this firm have a strong reputation for client care and accessibility. The firms litigation is currently led by a sole fee earner who needs your support. Responsibilities: • Handle a varied litigation caseload • This will include property litigation, contentious probate & contract disputes amongst other matters • Support an existing partner • Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings Salary and benefits • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience • Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility • No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond.
