Litigation Lawyer Location: Fakenham; Holt; King’s Lynn; Norwich; Sheringham; Swaffham We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our growing and busy Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer/Chartered Legal Executive (with rights to practice litigation) who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm. The successful candidate will be confident handling a varied caseload of general civil litigation matters. Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, Swaffham or Norwich Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2 – 3 days in office Key Responsibilities: You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters. The work will be varied and may include: • General civil and commercial litigation • Contractual disputes • Debt recovery matters • Property litigation including Landlord and tenant • Boundary and neighbour disputes • Professional negligence claims • Contentious probate matters • Consumer and business disputes • Agricultural disputes The role offers genuine responsibility, client contact and advocacy opportunities, making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their litigation experience.
