Lineman / Journeyman Lineman

Yazoo Valley Electric Power Association is seeking a Lineman or Journeyman Lineman to join our Operations team. This position is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and restoration of overhead and underground electric distribution lines while providing safe, reliable service to our members.

Qualifications:

• Experience in electric line construction and maintenance

• Valid CDL (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and participate in an on-call rotation

• Commitment to safety and teamwork
