Assemble and pack products according to specifications. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production line issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred. Ability to operate machinery and follow safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed. Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
