Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a Lifestyle Concierge who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and curating unforgettable experiences for our members. This role requires direct engagement across a variety of dynamic environments, ensuring seamless, personalized service. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. A strong commitment to service excellence, excellent problem-solving skills, and flexibility with weekend availability and scheduling are essential.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized, high-touch service by anticipating member needs and creating seamless, memorable experiences
• Maintain a visible and proactive presence throughout the facility, including the clubhouse and pit lane, to support members and guests
• Welcome members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence, ensuring exceptional first impressions in alignment with club standards
• Actively listen and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns with a timely, solutions-oriented approach, fostering strong member relationships
• Collaborate with hospitality, circuit operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery
• Support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all member-facing areas, including lounges, locker rooms, and circuit side spaces
• Manage member belongings and driving gear, including organization, storage, and proper handling.
• Accurately process food, beverage, and retail transactions, while supporting inventory organization and merchandising efforts
• Support execution of events, circuit days, and club programming, including setup and breakdown.
• Support inventory restocking and basic supply organization across hospitality areas.

• Report operational issues, maintenance needs, or member concerns to appropriate team members in a timely manner
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards at all times to ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience

Requirements
Skills & Qualification
• Proven experience in a service role in the hospitality industry
• At least 1 year of experience in an upscale or luxury setting
• Interest in motorsports, automotive, or high-performing environments strongly preferred
• Strong ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Basic familiarity with POS or reservation systems is a plus
• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or a relevant field is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to work variable schedules, evenings, and weekends
Work Environment
This job is usually performed indoors and outdoors in a controlled environment within an active motorsports resort and involves a high level of noise. The environment includes exposure to live circuit operations, high-energy events, and variable conditions. This job has intermittent levels of high stress.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, and carry 25+ pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. The Lifestyle Concierge is expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and operational event days.
