What you can expect
• As the operational lead for Life Science & Healthcare in Germany, you ensure compliance with all applicable GDP, GxP, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining effective governance frameworks.
• Beyond ensuring compliance, you continuously enhance quality standards and operational processes to support excellence across the organization.
• In close collaboration with internal, customer, and regulatory stakeholders, you coordinate audits, certification activities, and the implementation of improvement measures.
• A strong focus of the role is the oversight of CAPA processes, ensuring findings are addressed effectively and sustainably.
• By establishing transparent reporting and governance mechanisms, you monitor key quality, compliance, and operational KPIs and provide clear performance insights.
• Together with your team, you create an environment that promotes quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you bring
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Life Science & Healthcare logistics, supply chain management, contract logistics, or a similar regulated environment.
• Proven success in operational leadership roles, combined with a strong understanding of GDP, GxP, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive organizational change, and deliver sustainable business improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, paired with fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
