Jubilee Ministries is seeking a Life Coach for the Women's Aftercare Program.
We exist to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ .

What You’ll Do
• Provide Christian discipleship, case management, and program oversight to Women’s Aftercare students
• Provide counsel to Women’s Aftercare students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
• Teach classes to Women’s Aftercare students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
• Meet regularly with Women’s Aftercare students to evaluate progress according to program criteria
• Hold Women’s Aftercare students accountable
• Lead Women’s Aftercare students in learning and implementing life skills as needed
• Provide transportation to Women’s Aftercare students as needed
• Adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct
• Exercise judgment and provide counsel that is consistent with Jubilee’s mission statement, core values, and procedures
Who You Are
• Committed to being an ambassador of life change through the gospel of Jesus Christ
• Have a heart for service and alignment with our Christian values
• Convinced of the authoritative nature of the Bible
• Effective relational, organizational, and presentation skills
• Able to appropriately handle sensitive information and maintain required confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook
• Experience in settings related to homelessness, incarceration, and addiction is a plus
• Education and/or experience in Christian ministry or case work is a plus
The Details
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
Hours : 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Compensation: $21.20/hour
