Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, relief, leadership, and hospital-specific positions depending on your interests and experience. Compensation and benefits: Compensation:   $30-40  per hour, for each hour worked Within the range, individual pay is determined by position, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Bonus package :  $2000 CE allowance :  $500-$1,000  annually based on position and tenure Health package:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k –  with company match beginning in 2027 Depending on location and position hired - up to 120 hours of combined vacation and sick time, plus holidays Personal pet discounts Additional benefits may be available based on location Your qualifications: Active and good-standing  Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Washington , or eligible for Washington licensure. Recent graduates preparing for the VTNE are encouraged to apply. Mentorship opportunities may be available depending on location. Prior clinical experience as a veterinary technician is preferred but not required - depending on the position.
