HPREA is the #1 real estate team in one of the top Keller Williams offices in the entire world! What are we looking for? We’re looking for people to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: • Create / Convert / Close • 30-40 showings per week to fully qualified buyers • Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer REQUIREMENTS: • Must have NC/SC Real Estate License • Daily 7:30AM Accountability Call • 5 days in office per week (25 hours) when not showing • 3 hours prospecting for new business / 2 hours follow up • Must have reliable transportation • Master Scripts RESPONSIBILITIES: • Show properties to our 100% fully qualified and approved Clients for our Lead Agent team • Report daily activities • Maintain CRM • Expert on market and inventory • Contribute to HPREA mission/vision by meeting your personal goals • Live our Core Values KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & OTHER ABILITIES : • Oral & written communication skills • Customer service skills • Organizational skills • Professionalism • Time management skills If you want to be a part of a true TEAM, in every sense of the word, then look no further.
