Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPMHC) Location: Delaware Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote We are looking for a Delaware-licensed mental health professional to provide counseling services in a fully remote setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to help clients receive reliable support from home while continuing to grow in the telehealth care space. Key Responsibilities Provide telehealth counseling services to clients located in Delaware Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation Support clients using thoughtful, evidence-informed counseling interventions Maintain a confidential and supportive virtual care environment Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as appropriate Requirements Must hold an active Delaware license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Professional experience in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work Ability to provide high-quality care through telehealth Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills Commitment to ethical and client-centered mental health care Benefits 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you are licensed in Delaware and ready to provide meaningful care through telehealth, we encourage you to apply today.
