Key Position Details: Job Description: This position is ideal for a Licensed Psychologist interested in seeing patients in an outpatient clinic setting, being part of an integrated mental health team, and seeking opportunity to teach and train others . Position details • Allina Health Champlin Clinic is a primary care clinic with other specialties, including mental health services • See patients in clinic Monday - Friday during daytime hours, with the ability to WFH, no call time required • Ability to see adults, children, or the lifespan • Position provides opportunity to train psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows and a ttend monthly supervision/consultation meetings Principle Responsibilities • Conduct   diagnostic assessments   and psychological evaluations. • Develop and implement   individualized treatment plans   in collaboration with patients and care teams. • Deliver   outpatient   psychotherapy services   (individual and family therapy). • Engage patients’ social   supports   to improve functioning and outcomes. • Coordinate care with community providers and agencies;   initiate   referrals as needed. • Train psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows and a ttend monthly supervision/consultation meetings For more information contact [email protected] Required Qualifications • PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology required • 2+ years patient treatment in clinical setting preferred • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 days • Formal   Training/Certification   in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 days required Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years patient treatment in clinical setting Licenses/Certifications • Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days • Formal   Training/Certification   in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required Pay Range Pay Range: $48.29 to $66.81 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
