At Concerted Care Group, we specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment, delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model that supports both patients and clinicians.    We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact.    What You’ll Do     As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient Program (OP).   Clinical Responsibilities Include:     Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program    Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans  Conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations  Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment  Design and facilitate engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness  Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care  Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning  Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate  Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely  What You Bring     Required:     Work in person at our Baltimore, MD  location Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field  Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma- informed care Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment  Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)  Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth  Preferred : EMDR training or certification Experience working with adults in substance use recovery or OTP setting Comfort working with both adolescents and adults.   Compensation & Schedule     Salary Range:   Up to $100,000  annually  This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.
