Salvo health is looking for an experienced LCSW/LICSW to play an integral role on our care team.    This role will work directly with patients, offering personalized psychosocial support and counseling to patients to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. The LCSW will empower patients with the knowledge and tools to make lasting behavioral changes that will improve clinical outcomes and overall wellness.
