Position details • Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas area • Employment type: Part-time • Work setting: Long-term care facilities Responsibilities • Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities. • Manage an independent schedule and caseload. • Travel between facilities within the assigned territory. • Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field. Required qualifications • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing. • Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius. • Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule. • Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities.
