Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)   Location and Role Details   Location:  Fayetteville, Arkansas   Work Setting:  Remote / Telehealth   Position Type:  Full-Time   Salary:  $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits   Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM  Job Summary  The work is practical: meet with clients, understand what is getting in the way, and help them build a plan they can follow. This role is a fit for a social work clinician who can balance clinical insight with clear, useful care planning. Your day will include scheduled sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and steady follow-up with clients in Arkansas. This role is designed for dependable care, clear expectations, and a therapist who follows through.
