Remote Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent Location: Remote, U.S.-based Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: Bi-Weekly Worxweb Solutions is hiring licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a national health insurance organization. This fully remote role is built for experienced agents who want inbound lead flow, weekly pay, and a structured sales environment with backend support. If you have current ACA sales experience and strong enrollment skills, this is an opportunity to focus on helping consumers secure coverage while building performance-based earnings. What you’ll do • Handle inbound calls from consumers seeking ACA coverage • Guide clients through plan options, eligibility, and enrollment • Complete accurate, compliant enrollments through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace • Document activity in CRM and enrollment systems • Meet daily and weekly production goals • Stay current on ACA guidelines and plan updates Required qualifications • Active health insurance license in at least 5 of our top 7 selling states: TX, TN, MO, AZ, MS, IN, FL • Current Plan Year 2026 FFM registration/training • At least 1 year of ACA sales experience • Experience in an inbound phone sales environment • Comfort using CRM systems and enrollment platforms • Reliable internet and a professional home office setup Compensation New Contractor Orientation Bonus: A one-time bonus of $150.00 is paid upon successful completion of first-day orientation and required training. • Tier 1: $20/hr Applies until the first measurement period closes. Baseline pay. • Tier 2: $25/hr Once you hit 20 policies in a week • Tier 3: $30/hr Once you hit 30 policies in a week • Tier 4: $32.50/hr Once you hit 40 policies in a week • Tier 5: $35/hr Production ≥ 50 policies per measurement period. • Afterwork wrap up is paid $15/hr - up to 1 hr a day on it.
