This role offers practical exposure to corporate legal operations, while supporting internal processes related to contracts, compliance, corporate records, and legal workflow coordination. This position is intended for a candidate seeking hands-on experience in and exposure to the day-to-day workings of a professional legal environment. Work will be performed under the direction of attorneys and paralegals, with assignments focused on accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, logistics and professional development. Responsibilities Assist with intake, organization, tracking, filing, and maintenance of contracts, amendments, nondisclosure agreements, and other routine legal documents. Support contract administration by monitoring internal routing and contract execution within SBE’s document management system (Unifier) and other department tools, and by helping maintain accurate records of approvals, renewals, notices, and key dates.
