Prepare, format and amend documents, correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office. Assist with digital filing, document management and maintaining accurate records. Assist with opening new matters and completing administrative processes in line with firm procedures. Support colleagues with a range of administrative tasks and learn new systems and processes. ________________________________________ What we’re looking for Previous administrative or secretarial experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. The ability to prioritise work and build effective working relationships.
