Description
An elite international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its highly regarded Corporate & Capital Markets team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global firm, supporting three Partners and an allocation of Associates within a busy and high-performing practice. You will provide proactive and high-level support to a team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of client and administrative matters. Responsibilities will include: • Managing complex diaries and acting as a key point of contact for fee earners • Arranging domestic and international travel • Coordinating internal and client meetings, events and networking activities • Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents, correspondence and presentations • Assisting with time recording, expenses and billing processes • Supporting matter opening, conflict checks and client onboarding procedures • Liaising with clients and their assistants to coordinate meetings and resolve queries • Providing wider team support as required The ideal candidate will have previous Legal PA, Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant experience gained within a law firm environment, ideally supporting a Corporate, Capital Markets, Banking, Finance or other transactional practice. You will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced team.
