Sector: Legal & HR An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a busy and collaborative legal team based in London. This role offers the chance to support senior lawyers on high-quality work while playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The Role You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior fee earners, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: • Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel • Preparing presentations and supporting billing and WIP processes • Drafting, amending, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence • Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders • Assisting with business development activities and internal administration • Providing cover and support to colleagues as required About You: This role would suit a proactive and highly organised Legal PA with experience supporting at a senior level. You will ideally have: • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a professional services environment • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Fast and accurate typing skills (60 wpm+) with excellent attention to detail • A calm, personable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities • A legal secretarial qualification or exposure to corporate work (desirable but not essential) Like this page?
