Internship contract Experience a six-month internship at A&O Shearman starting in January 2027, where you will become an integral part of the team, collaborate with accomplished lawyers, and actively contribute to both local and cross-border legal cases. Role purpose • Conducting legal research • Participating in due diligence exercises • Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents • Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations Key requirements • You are a master’s student in business law with a specialization in tax law. • You are fluent in French and English, German is an asset.
