What You'll Do
As a Legal Intern at ADDX, you’ll be involved in diverse responsibilities that include:
· Legal Research: Conduct research on corporate law, compliance, intellectual property, and fintech regulations to support business objectives.
· Document Review: Assist in reviewing legal documentation from issuers, partners, vendors and counterparties to ensure compliance and mitigate risks (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, distribution agreements).
· Drafting and Editing: Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements, marketing materials and legal memos critical to business operations.
· Compliance Support: Collaborate on regulatory reviews and internal audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
· Template Management: Help create and maintain legal templates and standard agreements for efficient operations.
· Team Collaboration: Attend internal meetings with the legal team and commercial departments, summarising key takeaways and action items.
· Administrative Excellence: Organise files, manage case documentation, track deadlines, and support the legal team’s operational needs.
What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:
· Currently pursuing an LLB or JD (or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
· A keen interest in corporate governance, finance law, and intellectual property.
· Exceptional research and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
