Reddy Charlton LLP are seeking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced legal executive (minimum 5 years experience working in a legal practice) working with its Corporate & Commercial teams. Reddy Charlton LLP is a thriving commercial practice located in Dublin 2. Our team is hard working and dedicated to client service in a collegial, friendly and encouraging environment. You will be working directly with two of the teams partners and will have the opportunity for career progression within the practice. The team has a broad practice encompassing work across a number of areas:- • M&A • Corporate Transactions • Commercial Contracts • Banking and Finance • Intellectual Property Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on own initiative • Ability to meet deadlines • Good file and document management skills • Familiarity with Evolve case management would be an advantage • Previous in office experience an advantage.
