Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to support our legal department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, and supporting corporate governance activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial, regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements. Support the company’s compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies. Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions. Keep abreast of legal developments relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and advise management accordingly. Support corporate governance and regulatory filings as required. Requirements Law degree (LLB or equivalent) Master’s degree or certificate in Corporate or Commercial Law is a plus. 10 years of legal experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, Excel and Data Analysis are required Deep Understanding of Egyptian Laws Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear advice. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
