ROLE DESCRIPTION: â¯
Our client; a world leading entertainment & hospitality company with resorts, hotels and gaming facilities in Asia is looking for a Chinese speaking Legal Consultant based in Thailand to provide expert legal guidance in real estate development and/or construction projects and general commercial needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: â¯
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing general commercial agreements including but not limited to day-to-day business contracts, construction contracts, tender documents, land acquisition agreements, property lease agreements, loan agreements.
• Analysing the local laws and regulations to support business decisions.
• Ensuring contracts are compliant with the local laws and regulations and internal company requirements and policies.
• Managing applications and supporting documents for obtaining licenses and permits with government authorities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: â¯
• 4-8 years PQE
• Preferably with experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations, particularly in real estate and corporate law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must have fluency in Chinese, English and Thai, written and spoken.
• The role is based in Bangkok.
