The Legal Clerk will support the company’s legal operations by handling field-related legal tasks, preparing documents, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with legal authorities and government institutions. Experience in logistics or fast-paced operational environments is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Visit police stations to file reports and follow up on cases related to company operations Prepare and submit legal documents, including affidavits, notices, and memos Raise and track receipts for deposits and security transactions Maintain accurate records of all legal correspondence and case files Assist the legal team in preparing contracts, agreements, and other company documentation Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Coordinate with external legal authorities, government offices, and other relevant institutions Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the legal team Ensure timely filing of cases, responses, and follow-ups as required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Law. • Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to travel for work purposes when needed.
