About the job: This is an opportunity for a law student or HA(jur.) / business-law student who is starting their 5th semester or further along in their studies to gain hands-on experience with contracts, licensing, data protection, regulatory matters and legal operations in an international AI company. The role is particularly relevant if you have strong legal methodology, commercial curiosity and an interest in how legal work supports business decisions in practice. The position is expected to be approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility around university studies and exam periods. Key Responsibilities: Since we are a relatively small company, you will get more responsibility and broader exposure than in many traditional student positions. Some of the tasks you will be handling are: Ongoing monitoring of legal updates and flagging of relevant regulatory developments. Assist with contract reviews. Assist with licensing-related work. Prepare legal documents, particularly DPAs and NDAs. Maintain the Contract Management System, including gathering and structuring relevant contract data. Assist with ad hoc legal tasks, including due diligence documents and GDPR questions from customers. Support different financial tasks including handling incoming and outgoing invoicing. Improve our overview of regulation and assist in preparing internal regulatory updates Depending on your profile and interests, you may also have the opportunity to represent Mindway AI at events in the future. About You: You’re a law student or HA(jur.) / business-law student who is starting their 5th semester or further along in their studies and if you can recognise yourself in most of the below, you might just be who we are looking for: Strong legal methodology and the ability to formulate clear, precise and legally sound written work.
