About Our Client Our client is a premier boutique law firm in Atlanta made up of highly credentialed, top-ranked litigation and corporate attorneys. They combine the sophisticated practice and elite standards of BigLaw with the personalized attention, agility, and close-knit culture of a boutique firm. Following a recent 35% growth through a strategic merger, the firm is expanding its operational team with dedicated support roles. Why You Should Join • True 1:1 Ownership: You will serve as the primary right-hand support to one senior litigation partner—owning her calendar, communications, and case materials. • Small Firm, Big Impact: Work in a highly collaborative single-office environment where partners know your name and your contributions directly drive high-stakes trial outcomes. • Industry-Leading Benefits Day One: • $1,088/month health allowance starting on your first day. • 20 days of PTO immediately (no 90-day waiting period). • Firm-provided lunch every Monday and Friday. • No billable hours or strict clock-in/clock-out pressure. • Empathetic Leadership & Exceptional Retention: Enjoy working with partners who value life balance and handle personal needs with genuine flexibility. (As proof: key team members left 10-year careers at major international firms to join and stay here long-term). • Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a 4-day in-office / 1-day WFH schedule once up to speed, with potential room to negotiate additional remote days for top performers. What You'll Do • Calendar Mastery: Own and manage the senior partner's complex, fast-moving schedule—coordinating depositions, hearings, client meetings, and court deadlines with absolute precision. • Legal Document Preparation: Type, format, proofread, and file legal documents with meticulous accuracy—ensuring zero grammatical or formatting errors. • Communications & Gatekeeping: Serve as the professional, warm primary point of contact for clients, witnesses, and court personnel via phone, email, and fax. • Trial & Hearing Prep: Assemble digital and physical binders/notebooks for court hearings and trial proceedings. • Dictation & Case Files: Transcribe attorney dictation accurately and maintain highly organized electronic and physical case files. • Proactive Support: Anticipate the partner's daily needs, flagging issues early and staying one step ahead without prompting. Key Requirements • Experience: 5+ years of stable, high-level administrative experience. • Technical & Core Skills: Exceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skills; proficiency with document formatting and dictation/transcription. • Calendar Management: Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-time-zone, or shifting calendars seamlessly. • Work Ethic & Trait Profile: High level of discretion, proactive problem-solving mindset, and unwavering attention to detail.
