Description
An awesome opportunity to expand your experience in the world of litigation in a top tier legal firm! We are looking for a fixed-term Legal Administrator to support within our Auckland Litigation team, covering for approximately 12 months. This role will keep you busy with a varied and interesting workload while working within a social and supportive environment. Experience in a legal environment would be beneficial but is not essential. We would love to receive applications from candidates with a strong professional services administrative or PA background. The role will include: • Providing proactive and professional support including calendar, email and meeting management • Administering the onboarding of new clients and opening of matters inc supporting the AML process • Leading the billing, matter management, client reporting and debtor management processes. • Producing legal and correspondence documents to a high standard within specified time-frames • Facilitating Chapman Tripp's client relationships and business development through the use of InterAction, Aderant and other tools/systems • Working collaboratively within the team and across Chapman Tripp You will bring: • Previous experience in a legal support or PA/Admin support role • Strong client service focus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Organisation and time-management skills • IT savvy and adaptable nature • Pro-active forward-thinking approach What we offer: • Supportive leadership and team • Inclusive and welcoming culture • Ongoing learning and development • Great perks and benefits We are a collaborative workplace of smart, passionate and hardworking people, united by a commitment to excellence.
