We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Foundation Learning to join the Foundation Learning department at Sandwell College or Cradley Heath Campus on a full-time, fixed term basis.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or SEND specialist who is passionate about supporting learners with additional needs to achieve their full potential within the further education sector. You will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive teaching across Foundation Learning programmes, supporting learners to develop independence, employability skills and confidence for adulthood and future progression. Working closely with the Head of Foundation Learning and wider curriculum team, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding learning experience for students with SEND, ensuring teaching and support strategies are tailored to meet individual learner needs.
