The Business Department at Coleg Menai is an exciting programme area offering a range of courses from Level 2 through to Level 3. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our growing team, fostering an inspiring learning environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality instruction and to provide comprehensive support to our learners, ensuring they are empowered to achieve their full potential. As a key team member, you will design and deliver engaging lessons, manage effective learner assessments, and provide essential academic guidance. You will uphold the highest standards of teaching, contributing to the development of our learners and the ongoing success of the Business department as it continues to expand. Additionally, you will deliver and assess a range of supplementary qualifications, occasionally collaborating across departments on subjects such as Agored, Work Related Education, and Accelerated Learning. Job Details Job Reference CM/305/26 Salary £22.58 - £34.91 per hour inclusive of holiday pay Place of Work • Bangor Holiday Entitlement There will be an entitlement to pro rata paid holiday in each academic year (1st September to 31st August), which includes pro-rata entitlement of 8 Bank and Public Holidays normally observed in Wales and a pro-rata entitlement of up to 5 efficiency days (please note this can change annually). Annual leave is derived from a pro rata full time equivalent entitlement of 46 days which is included in the hourly rate paid. Working Pattern Up to 16 hours per week.
