Do you have experience supporting students with ASD and utilising Makaton? Are you a Learning Support Assistant available for a long-term, full-time position? If you answered yes to the questions above, then this Learning Support Assistant position is for you! The Role - Learning Support Assistant Qualiteach are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join one of our SEN schools based in Ealing on a long-term, full-time basis. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with small groups of students with ASD and complex needs in the classroom, providing social, emotional and academic support to assist with their learning and development. You will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a positive and structured learning environment. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have an enhanced DBS on the update service and at least 1 year of experience working within an SEN setting. The School - Learning Support Assistant The school is an ASD specialist school based in Ealing catering for students aged 6-16 years old. The school is a welcoming, diverse and inclusive environment for both students and staff, offering regular CPD opportunities and ongoing training to support professional development.
