Description
As a Learning and Development Consultant , you will be joining a team of L&D professionals that drive and support all Learning initiatives for our front-line call centre & retail member centres. You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development activities that support and drive the strategic objectives. This position is being offered as a full time 12-13 month contract, based predominantly at our Collier Pass office, Joondalup. What will you be doing? • Make recommendations on processes aligned to current business practice and emerging needs • Identify and implement the most effective and efficient learning methodologies, with a focus on digital learning practises and face to face engagement • Assist with the design and implementation of virtual onboarding and training programs to a large audience of adult learners • Conducting training sessions as required ensuring competence in both in the controlled classroom type environment and in relation to the workplace • Initiate learning interventions that support change impacts and projects • Collaborate and continuously improve common methodologies What you will bring: • Knowledge of RAC Sales and Member Services products, with the ability to apply this experience to design and develop effective training tools and initiatives • Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of adult learning methodologies and practices, particularly in planning, developing and delivering training workshops and courses • Trained across Roadside Assistance products and services is desirable but not essential • Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse locations • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong capability in identifying and assessing learning needs • Ability to collaborate effectively within a learning team, while also working confidently and autonomously • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety • Excellent time management and organisational skills Applications will close 9am Tuesday 18th August 2026.
