Responsibilities. • Develop and implement the company’s Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business priorities, talent needs, and organizational goals. • Conduct training needs assessments using job analysis, performance reviews, skill-gap assessments, and close collaboration with business managers and HRBPs. • Develop, implement, and continuously update a competency framework that supports consistent recruitment, promotion, and career development decisions. • Design, curate, and oversee high-impact learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and soft skills. • Ensure all training content is modern, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): course setup, user experience, reporting, and e-learning library development. • Introduce digital learning solutions, micro-learning, and hybrid learning models to support scalable development. • Design, implement, and manage assessment centers and talent evaluation tools to assess competencies, identify high-potential employees, and support succession planning. • Conduct individual feedback sessions with participants and managers to create personalized and actionable development plans. • Partner with business leaders to design role progression maps, and structured development tracks across different functions. • Measure the effectiveness of L&D programs using data-driven methods (post-training evaluations, performance improvement metrics, competency progression, ROI). • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on learning impact, participation rates, and talent development outcomes. • Promote a strong learning culture across all levels of the organization through communication campaigns, learning events, mentorship programs, and leadership engagement. • Stay updated with global L&D trends and continuously introduce innovative learning solutions. Requirements. Experience & Education. • 8+ years of overall HR experience, including 5+ years in Learning & Development management. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field. • Professional certifications in L&D, Coaching, Instructional Design, or Talent Development are an asset. Technical & Functional Skills • Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies, instructional design, adult-learning theories, and leadership development frameworks. • Experience designing and managing assessment & development centers and other talent evaluation tools. • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms . • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools. • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms is an advantage. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders. • Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with strong planning, project management, and follow-up capabilities. • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments. • High sense of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
