Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations. This role is a key driver of continuous improvement within the organization, supporting the Quality Department in advancing a culture of operational excellence. The Lean Six Sigma Champion will lead cross-functional improvement projects, develop internal auditing structures, and establish measurable KPIs that sustain long-term gains in productivity, quality, and process control.
