Description
We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven, and creative thinker to help streamline and improve cabinet manufacturing operations. This role focuses on making production leaner, smarter, and more efficient by building clear, repeatable processes on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Analyze cabinet manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency Implement Lean manufacturing principles within cabinet production (cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation prep) Create, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Improve organization of materials, tooling, and production flow Manage and support production staff, ensuring accountability, productivity, and quality standards Lead, train, and motivate teams to follow improved processes Work hands-on with production teams to implement and sustain improvements Qualifications Experience with Lean manufacturing in a production environment Previous experience managing people in a manufacturing or shop-floor setting Background in cabinet manufacturing, millwork, woodworking, or similar trades preferred Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Creative problem solver capable of designing processes from scratch Willingness to learn and continuously improve systems Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
