What You’ll Get: • Performance-Based Pay: Commission, $125,000 – $175,000+ annually • Weekly Paychecks + Weekly Bonus Opportunities • Referral Bonuses • Medical, Dental, Vision + Paid Life Insurance • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Paid Time Off & 5 Paid Holidays • Monthly Gym Membership Allowance • Volunteer Opportunities – Including Meals on Wheels & Summer in the Park • Top-of-the-Line Tools & Tech – Leak detection equipment, software, and tablets • Premium Uniforms – Scrappy, 5.11, Carhartt • Take-Home Van – Fully stocked, wrapped, and ready with a gas card What You’ll Do: • Perform residential leak detection using advanced equipment and techniques • Pinpoint underground and hidden leaks with minimal disruption to property • Accurately diagnose issues and present clear, professional repair solutions • Communicate findings and next steps with customers in a friendly, informative manner • Maintain and calibrate leak detection tools and ensure your van is clean and well-stocked • Stay current with the latest leak detection technology and best practices • Attend weekly team meetings and trainings • Represent Beyond Wow Plumbing’s mission, values, and top-tier service standards What You Bring: • MUST be licensed in the state of Texas • Experience in leak detection or plumbing (3–5+ years preferred) • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record • Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills • Comfortable using specialized equipment (acoustic, infrared, tracer gas, etc.) • Professional appearance and integrity — you do the right thing even when no one is watching • Team spirit and willingness to mentor others • Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening Apply today and start your journey Beyond Wow!
