What will you be doing? You’ll work on large-scale projects featuring complex systems such as entertainment, navigation, and communication technologies. Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for the installation of a specific area of the yacht – for example, the engine room or the sundeck. You’ll maintain oversight, bring structure, and apply your technical expertise. You’ll be both technically involved and responsible for coordination – a role where you truly make a difference. You’re able to set priorities, value clear communication, and take ownership of the quality of work. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges together with your team. You bring: An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English Experience with complex maritime installations is a plus The motivation to help build truly impressive projects together As a Lead Electrician at Alewijnse, you’ll be part of the construction of exclusive superyachts at our client’s shipyard in Rotterdam.
