Lead Specialist - Apple Brand Advocacy & Retail Experience Job Details | MIDIS GROUP Accept All Line of business Jobs Line of business Jobs Lines of business Jobs Lead Specialist - Apple Brand Advocacy & Retail Experience Date: Aug 9, 2026 Location: HR RS Company: Req ID: 3554 Job Title Lead Specialist - Apple Brand Advocacy & Retail Experience Job Scope The Lead Specialist - Apple Brand Advocacy & Retail Experience supports the execution of merchandising, advocacy, and retail visibility initiatives across partner stores to ensure a premium Apple brand experience. The role coordinates field activities, supports training and advocacy programs, monitors execution standards and KPIs, and contributes to enhancing in-store customer experience and partner engagement across the region. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Support the selection, onboarding, training, and coordination of merchandisers across the region; • Coach and support field teams to ensure strong Apple brand representation and consistent execution standards; • Contribute to defining store coverage models, visit frequency, and field execution priorities; • Coordinate weekly and monthly schedules, route planning, and visit frequency across POS locations; • Assign and follow up on tasks related to merchandising, visibility, training execution, and advocacy activities in line with compliance standards; • Support the implementation of reporting standards, execution guidelines, and ways of working across the field team; • Track KPIs, analyze field performance, and provide recommendations to improve execution and operational efficiency; • Ensure consistent execution and maintenance of merchandising, visibility, and premium retail standards across partner stores; • Identify opportunities to improve in-store customer experience, merchandising solutions, and advocacy impact; • Coordinate advocacy initiatives, including training programs, recognition activities, events, and POS communication; • Support the delivery of training and advocacy activities to strengthen product knowledge and engagement within partner retail environments; • Monitor execution quality and escalate or recommend corrective actions when needed. LI-DNI Position Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field. MBA is a plus.
