Description
OEG are looking for two Lead Site Managers to support our client with the commissioning phase of their OWF based in Europe.
Two start dates available: 02/09/26 and 16/09/26
Completion: 31/12/26
Rotation: 14/14
Shift: 12 hours
Scope of Works
• Organise and oversee offshore construction sites with a detail-oriented focus on safety, quality, budget, and timelines
• Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Plan and allocate resources in alignment with project schedules, including marine operations and adjustments due to environmental factors
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth execution
• Track daily progress to meet contractual performance requirements and diligently resolve emerging issues
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the construction phase
• Ensure high-quality construction practices and accurate cost and deliverable planning
Certification Requirements:
• A formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution
• OGUK / OEUK Medical
• Chester Step Test:
• GWO BST
• WTSR Core
• WTSR MMI Including Practical
