Our mission is to transform the public sector from "digitally enabled" to "AI-augmented," building a suite of high-impact AI products and shared capabilities that empower government agencies to innovate at scale. As a Lead/Senior PM, you will oversee a broad portfolio that bridges the gap between foundational AI capabilities and frontline user applications. You are responsible for ensuring that AI interventions are safe, performant, and seamlessly integrated into the daily workflows of public officers. You will lead the "AI Uplift," setting the standards for how the government builds, deploys, and trusts artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities   1. Agency Engagement & Discovery   Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with agency heads to identify "operational fragmentation" and visualize how AI can streamline disjointed systems.  Translate broad operational challenges into concrete technical requirements for engineering teams, ensuring solutions are operationally compliant and "effortless to use."  4. Mentorship & Product Excellence   Mentor Product Managers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven iteration, and user-centric design.  Establish "Best-in-Class" AI Product Management frameworks for GovTech, including success metrics focused on time-saved, friction reduction, and accuracy.   [What we are looking for]   Strategic Depth:  10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale tec
