What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Education/Experience and Other Requirements 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred) RBT certification 2-year degree or more (preferred) 1 year of experience training others (preferred) Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services Position-Specific Items Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total) Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Benefits Benefits & Career Growth Career Advancement – Level Up Program Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion).
