Description
This position is responsible for driving talent acquisition efforts and supporting recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for key positions, ensuring timely hiring outcomes and a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging passive candidate engagement and advanced Boolean search techniques • Establish connections and promote opportunities to prospective candidates while representing company culture and values • Liaise with placement agencies and negotiate terms to assist with recruitment needs • Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes • Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure accurate candidate pipeline reporting and timely tracking of candidate status • Foster a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Head to ensure hiring strategies align with evolving business goals • Conduct kick-off meetings and debrief sessions with hiring managers to align on role requirements, expectations, and candidate feedback and refine job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, L&D, and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration • Assist in defining and refining internal processes and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices • Collaborate with HR and PR/Marketing teams to align employer branding efforts with recruitment messaging and candidate experience • Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health to identify trends and suggest data-driven improvements • Stay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with the team The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience Qualifications • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles in a technology or services-based environment • Experience in sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards • Experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelines • Experience in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing hiring metrics to support data-driven decisions • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruitment best practices Personal Skills • Ability to understand different personality types and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Ability to assess how individuals may fit within a team and organizational culture • Ability to identify a person’s strengths and align them with suitable roles • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Ability to manage time, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines • Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and dependability • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in hiring decisions • Professional demeanor with the ability to build credibility and trust • Positive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset Education and Work Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 7+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
