This is what you do:You will lead and coordinate data center projects across their full lifecycle, with a clear focus on planning, delivery, communication, and quality assurance.serving as the primary link between the customer and the internal organizationcoordinating project planning and follow-up across internal and external stakeholdersmaintaining a strong on-site presence at data center locations, especially during key execution and testing phasessupporting both installation-related and maintenance-driven projectsensuring robust documentation, reporting, administration, and project file managementsafeguarding deadlines, execution quality, budgetary control, and contractual commitmentsrelieving operational teams by taking ownership of the broader coordination and surrounding project activitiesbeing closely involved in the final delivery phase, particularly during the last three months before handover, when physical presence on-site during testing is criticalcontributing to the further development of project management processes, structure, and toolsThis is what we expect from you :We are looking for a senior and grounded professional with the authority, maturity, and communication skills to operate successfully in a demanding and multidimensional environment.Substantial experience in working with datacenters.The level of an Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer, with focus on electrical engineering, HVAC, BMS, switchgear manufacturing, or industrial electrical installations or equivalent through experience.A broad technical understanding, ideally with exposure to electrical systems and multidisciplinary project settings.Hands-on credibility and the willingness to be present on-site where needed.Strong experience in planning, administration, customer communication, and structured project follow-up.Sound knowledge of contract management.The ability to quickly grasp technical and operational issues and translate them into clear, pragmatic actions.Excellent command of English; Dutch is a big plus, but not essential.You are eligible to work in Belgium at the moment of application.This is what we offer you : A challenging role within P&V Group, the largest total solution provider for electrical panels in the Benelux.A key position with responsibility, visibility and impact within a growing market.A dynamic working environment with short communication lines and room for initiative.Support from experienced colleagues and technical experts.A competitive gross monthly salary.A comprehensive benefits package, including a company car.The opportunity to take on a visible and high-impact role within a strategic growth area.
