WHAT WE DO MATTERS:
At The Knot Worldwide, we champion celebration - and that starts with celebrating our people. Our employees are passionate dreamers, thoughtful doers, and lifelong learners who power meaningful moments for millions around the world. We’re united by authentic connection, shared purpose, and a deep commitment to the global community we serve. Here, flexibility and belonging go hand in hand with high performance. Driven by our core values, we believe the best ideas come from empowered teams: those who consistently collaborate with intention to design solutions, spark ideas, and drive impact. Our people are at the heart of our success.
ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Growth & Lifecycle zone at The Knot Worldwide owns how couples enter their planning journey and how they keep moving through it. As Lead Product Manager, Acquisition, you will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving, and user-centric design thinking to own the strategic direction of our top-of-funnel experiences: how couples discover us, what they experience before they ever log in, and how they cross from anonymous visitor to known couple.
You will serve as the strategic lead for the Acquisition squad, accountable for top-of-funnel vision, the logged-out experience, and high-impact outcomes that turn demand into account creation and a seamless handoff into the broader planning ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Growth & Lifecycle, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders as well as exceptional engineering, design, data science, and marketing team members across our Barcelona and US hubs. We are looking for a seasoned product leader who thrives in ambiguity, sets forward-thinking strategy, surfaces risk early, and prioritizes outcomes over outputs to drive meaningful business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Put Users First: Work closely with our analytics and research teams to gather qualitative and quantitative insights directly from users, keeping customer needs at the center of product decisions.
Set Strategic Direction: Establish the forward-thinking strategy and 1-to-2 year roadmap for top-of-funnel couple acquisition, with a clear, defensible point of view on how paid and organic growth reinforce each other.
Drive Outcome-Focused Execution: Ensure every bet ties to a clear user problem, learning agenda, and key business metric; adapt plans dynamically when data or customer problems shift.
Own Logged-Out Surfaces: Lead the strategy for the logged-out experience, driving clarity on surface ownership between acquisition and partner teams while aligning cross-functional leadership on strategic recommendations.
Champion SEO, GEO & LLM Discoverability: Partner with Marketing to set and execute our SEO, GEO, and LLM-discoverability strategy—determining how our surfaces appear across search and AI answer engines, crawl permissions, and risk/opportunity measurement.
Optimize Conversion & Merchandising: Combine keen aesthetics, brand presence, and relentless experimentation on acquisition surfaces to drive conversion from visitor to account creation.
Ensure Ecosystem Cohesion: Own account creation and sign-in, maintaining high quality and cohesion during the handoff into the core planning experience across The Knot.
Co-Pilot Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Product Marketing leads as embedded squad members to rapidly build, test, and scale landing pages and green-field growth initiatives.
Own Trade-Offs & Executive Alignment: Present strategic bets, quantitative models, and trade-offs to zone and executive leadership, making tough, smart cut-line decisions on roadmap priorities.
