Developer Productivity and Service (DPS) is building a Central Product Marketplace, the single platform through which agencies subscribe, provision, and manage GovTech's central products. Console is the engine at its core, with a clear organisational mandate: every GovTech platform product should be fully subscribable, billable, and operable through it. This is a product with real momentum, a clear mandate, and a large pipeline of central products to bring on board fully.
What you'll own:
Console is the command centre for agencies: where they subscribe, get billed, provision access, and manage GovTech products. Right now, most central products are only partially integrated. Your job is to change that: making Console the complete operational home for agencies and the default go-to-market platform for product teams, rather than one of many portals they have to deal with.
You are expected to:
Own the Console product roadmap and drive central products through the full integration journey, from being listed, to subscribable, to billed, to fully operable, at scale.
Consolidate various Console surfaces into one, so agencies deal with one subscription surface.
Reduce the time it takes for an agency to go from starting onboarding to being ready to use a product. This is Console's most important outcome.
Make Console genuinely valuable to product teams, not just a mandate they comply with. Surface demand signals, reduce their GTM overhead, and make integration worth their while.
Work closely with the Product Portal and Developer Portal PMs so the agency journey holds together across the full funnel.
You do this by:
Shipping and iterating on onboarding, approvals, billing, and management plane workflows with your engineering and design team.
Running structured engagement with central product teams across GDP to unblock integrations and build a repeatable playbook for getting products fully live on Console.
Defining and tracking the metrics that reflect whether agencies and product teams are actually getting value, not just whether products are listed.
Partnering with TMO to align integration timelines with product teams' own priorities.
Building the instrumentation needed to trace agency journeys end-to-end, so the team can see where things stall and fix them.
You will ultimately be responsible for Console becoming the operational backbone of the Central Product Marketplace.
Who we're looking for:
We are seeking an independent individual with a strong grasp of product management fundamentals.
6 to 12 years in product management. Years of experience are a rough g
