Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands. Main duties As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include: Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans Lead CP conferences Lead reflective and group supervision with the team Benefits of the role You will be joining an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ authority going through a period of change allowing you to make your own mark on the orle and offer plenty of opportunity to develop within the authority.
