What We're Looking For 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience preferred IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) Strong customer service and communication skills Leadership experience is preferred Comfortable with hands-on physical work Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Organized and detail-oriented Able to use smartphones and tablets for documentation Clean driving record High school diploma or GED Our Ideal Candidate You're someone who naturally takes ownership.
