Aire Serv is Hiring a Lead HVAC Installer / Sheet Metal Fabricator! Location: Central Illinois Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round Pay Rate: $25.00–$35.00/hour (Based on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Overview Aire Serv of Central Illinois is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer / Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, fabricating custom ductwork, and completing residential HVAC installations the right way. Responsibilities Install residential heating and cooling systems Fabricate custom ductwork, transitions, plenums, offsets, and field modifications Perform HVAC equipment changeouts and complete system installations Read and interpret installation layouts, blueprints, and job plans Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable code requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete installation documentation and required paperwork Assist with training and mentoring less experienced installers Requirements Previous HVAC installation experience Sheet metal fabrication experience Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom ductwork Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials safely Nice to Have EPA Certification Union HVAC experience Experience leading installation crews Experience with residential retrofit and replacement installations Benefits Company-paid family health insurance Pension retirement plan Company vehicle Company uniforms provided Paid vacation Paid holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Family-oriented work environment Stable, year-round employment Union position
